Our speciality flour range is the result of our dedication and passion towards baking. These well-crafted flours are milled by artisan millers in traditional mills using the finest quality of grains sourced from Germany, France and other countries. All the grains undergo a strict inspection prior to milling to ensure consistency of quality and adherence to standard specification parameters. Each year we produce only a limited quantity of each refined flour on order estimated from our most demanding chefs and bakers.
